1.	An additional stamp size photograph must be enclosed for issue of Identity Card.
2.	Authors presenting papers,members of the Indian armed forces and faculty members of reconized educational institutions will receive a concession of 20%(Rs.1500/-)on the registration fees.Only one type of concession can be availed.Student members of AeSI presenting paper with have free registration for the seminar.
3.	Online registration is permitted provisionally upto 1st January 2011 only.This does not guarantee confirmed registration.

5.	The registration of a delegate will be confirmed only on receipt of delegate registration form duly completed with photographs and payment details of registration fee.No registration will be confirmed if only names of intending delegates are sent.
